[Grapevine 2017] Idea: Throwing snow in street

Every year when it snow's the same residents in Mission Hills clean their driveway and throw the snow in the street.The plow goes by and the snow thrown by these residents gets plowed onto other residents front drive.Don;t residents know you are not to do this? Village should put out flyers to inform Mission Hills residents of this problem,maybe this will stop this.
